As I have said a million times before,
I love sports and I love photography.
At every opportunity, I enjoy grabbing the camera
and taking some action shots.
These were taken last weekend at my son's basketball game.
I am looking to build my portfolio in the area of sports photography,
so if you are in the area and would allow me to photograph
your child playing his/her sport,
I would be happy to say thank you with a free 8x10.
You can contact me by using the contact info
in the "Find Me" tab.
The above image is of Ty (#12).
He is 6 foot 2 inches and has huge mits for hands (and he is only 14!)!
Since he doesn't let me show him off very much
(I try to respect his request that I not plaster his image on my blog every week),
I thought this image of him making a perfect block would not make him too upset ;)
Hope everyone is having a fantastic week!

Great action shots. Hopefully he won't mind too much.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! Especially for that gymnasium with the high lights. Oh, and really nice block, Tyler. :)
ReplyDeletewell done .. both of you!
ReplyDeleteThis may just be your niche...these are super!!!
ReplyDeleteHey Tracy, have you ever been to a cheerleading competition??? The County comp for the high schools is on the 31st. I am not sure which county school it is in... email if you are interested and I will find out for you. johnnaharvey@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! Sports photography is not easy.
ReplyDeleteI love sports photography too. I'm not much for basketball but do cover the championships each year and get excited when I do. It's a fast game. You did a good job and I'm sure Ty appreciate your capturing his action.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! I've always enjoyed basketball - especially the last two minutes. It's the most exciting time.
