Hay...You Know What?

Inside our barn

It is COLD outside this morning.

(Yes, I know I used the word hay wrong 

in the title, but I was trying to be clever.)

Now that the grass is starting to die off,

Brian had to go and get hay for  the 

horses and goats.

These long winter months are rough on farmers

who have animals.

I just hope we don't end up with 4 feet of snow on the ground

like we did last winter.  

Now that makes for a disaster for all involved.

So, I am off to watch Ty and Ladybug

at their soccer games.

This is the last regular season game and 

then we will start the tournament.

It is only 32 degrees right now and there is 

always a breeze on the hill where they 

play the games today.

Brrrr.
