People from a planet without flowers would think we must be mad with joy the whole time to have such things about us.

A Fairly Honourable Defeat

Life: Thank God above for the weekend.
About the pictures: I bet you guessed it...Longwood Gardens back in March! I mentioned a while ago that I would be offering some textures for free if anyone is interested. Two of those textures are shown in use here. Image 6 and 7 are both processed with a texture that I made from a picture of emu feathers. The next to last image is made with a texture of red barn wood. If anyone is interested in getting the full resolution textures from me, please email me through the contact button and I will send them your way. ;0)
Weigh In: Throw a question my way that I can answer next week!
Have a wonderful weekend. Tomorrow will be Mail Call Sunday...come back and see the surprise I got in the mail this week! Woot!

As always, great photos. Have a glorious weekend. Can't think of a question to ask.
ReplyDeleteHi, your photos are amazing. Very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment over on my blog.
Cindy
Gorgeous! I must find some blue poppies!
ReplyDeleteLove all the photos. I will be emailing my request for the textures! As far as a question, if you had a week basically to yourself what would you do to stay occupied? It has only been a couple of hours since Dan left and I have a few little projects lined up, but for the most part I am grasping at straws already.
ReplyDeleteLawsy girl - those are beautiful! Those blue flowers are incredible.
ReplyDeleteWill be sending an email - need to know how to work my actions on PS!
Longwood is one of my most favorite places to go - anytime of year.
ReplyDeleteYour floral photos are spectacular - they could be in a National Geographic magazine!
ReplyDeleteMakes my floral beauties look lame. Of course, I am using a point and shoot.
When do you have time to rest?
Absolutely gorgeous Tracey!
ReplyDeleteHow to you find time to work on your photography, make textures, take care of your family, etc, etc?
Oh my goodness! That is truly the most beautiful post that I've seen in the year that I've been blogging. Tracey, you have such a wonderful eye. Thank you for sharing your photos.
